Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) is one of the highest-leverage climate controls in a grow. It measures the difference between the moisture in the air and how much moisture the air can hold. When VPD is in the right range, plants transpire efficiently, pull nutrients, and grow faster. Too low or too high and you get deficiencies, mold risk, or stalled growth.
